Four homeless individuals Jerry Walter Byrd, 60, Edgar Ernest Skeens 36, Christine Louis Buter, 50, and Kelly Desiree Skeens, 42, were arrested on Harbin Alley after they remained on property following being told to vacate the premises.
All are charged with criminal trespass.
