Joel Wayne Davis Jr, 33 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he “made unwanted physical contact” with a 30 year-old woman. Reports went on to say that the victim told police that Davis touched her “private areas”.
The officer notes in the report that he was “unable to prove those allegations” of those allegations.
Davis is charged with simple battery.
