Buck Adam Alday, 47, and Richard Ingram Phillips, 62, both of Aragon, were arrested in Floyd County this week after reports said they remoted a gate from its hinges and threw it against trees without permission of its owner.
The incident occurred at a home on Harmony Road back in November of last year.
Both are charged with criminal trespass.
