Rome Woman Arrested at Motel After Molesting Child

Lori Ann Meinke, 63 of Rome, was arrested at the Kings Inn motel on Martha Berry Highway after police said she molested a child at a home on Dugger Drive between May and June of last year.

Police said that Meinke used her index finger to penetrate the victim which resulted in physical injury.

Meinke is charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation and 1^st degree cruelty to children.
