Naterrious De’Marcus Lecroy Floyd, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he skip scanned an item at Walmart.
Police said that Floyd then proceeded to leave the store without paying for the $34.76 item.
Floyd is charged with theft by shoplifting.
