Brian Scott Gantz, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he dumped and left all of his belongings at The Mill in Lindale.
Police said that Gantz left a tent, clothing and trash on the property.
Gantz is charged with illegal dumping and criminal trespass.
