Joseph Lee Alexander Costlow, 40 of Rome, was arrested after police said they found him with numerous bags of methamphetamine and a digital scale during a traffic stop on Technology Blvd.
Reports said that the search of his car was conducted after a free air sniff from a K9 officer.
Costlow is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and possession of drug related objects.
