Edward Torrez Collier, 44 of Atlanta, was arrested in Rome after a traffic stop on GA Loop 1 at John Maddox Drive resulted in police finding suspected marijuana.
Reports did not indicate why Collier was stopped or how the drug was found.
Collier is charged with possession of marijuana.
