Adam Neno Painter, 40 of Woodberry, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a vacant home on Martha Bery Blvd.
Reports listed the property at 4442 Martha Berry Highway in Armuchee
Painter is charged with first degree burglary and criminal trespass.
