Brittany Shanea Fife, 37 of Kingston, was arrested this week after fighting with police when they pulled her over for driving at speeds over 83 mph on Calhoun Road.
Police said that officers attempted to pull Fife over for an out taillight and a busted windshield when she speed away. After eventually pulling over, officers discovered that Fife was intoxicated.
When Fife was removed from her vehicle, she allegedly began to yell abusive words in front of bystanders. She is then accused of fighting with officers when they placed her in the patrol car, using her legs to hold the door open.
Fife is charged with disorderly conduct, speeding, two counts obstruction, DUI, cracked windshield and improper taillights.
