Ronald Arnold, 71 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with multiple bags of marijuana during the execution of a search warrant at his 108 Linden Street home.
Police added that a shotgun was also found near the marijuana.
Arnold is charged with two counts possession/distribution of marijuana and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
