David Michael Eller, 35 of Chattooga County, has been arrested for burglarizing a family member’s home and shooting at it with a stolen gun.
Reports added that when they arrived, Eller was inside the home with the weapon. They were able to use a PA system to get Eller to come out of the residence without any further issues.
He is charged burglary, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, terroristic threats and acts and theft by taking.
