Ralph Edward Hannah, 48 of Cartersville, has been arrested and charged with child molestation.
Reports said that Hannah imprisoned the child, who was under the age of 16, and molested them.
While being taken into custody, Hannah was also found with methamphetmaine.
He is charged with false imprisonment, child molestation, sexual battery against a child under the age of 16 and possession of methamphetamine.
