Wendy Marie Ducette, 59 of Pocatelli, ID, was arrested in Rome after reports said obtained $7,933 via a cash app for body work that was never done on a 2017 Lexus SUV.
Reports said that the vehicle was taken from the body shop to Tennessee without authorization of the victim.
Authorities added that Ducette then declined and refused to return the funds to the victim while using the car as her own. Ducette is charged with felony theft by deception and theft by conversion
