Caden Joseph Ely, 20 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he led police on a high speed chase down Little Texas Valley Road after running a stop sign.
Police said that after running the stop sign, Ely fled at speeds of over 90 mph in a 40 mph zone. He is also accused of passing multiple cars with oncoming traffic coming.
After eventually pulling over Ely was found to have been driving with a 6 month-old child in car.
Ely is charged with reckless driving, speeding, running a stop sign, attempting to elude police and a window tint violation.
