Abraham Alexander Francisco Pascual, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he led police on a speed of over 20 mph above the posted limit while also running numerous stop signs on Oakland Avenue.
Police said that Pascual crashed his vehicle into a guardrail and kept going during the chase.
Pascual is charged with reckless driving, obstruction, fleeing and duty to report an accident.
