Ricardo DeBrun Hill, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with suspected methamphetamine and a glass smoking device while police were issuing an arrest warrant for failure to appear.
Police said that Hill was taken into custody near the intersection of Turner McCall and East 1st Street.
Hill is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and failure to appear.
