Brayan O’Neal Chastain, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he busted out a woman’s windshield during an altercation on Burnett Ferry Road.
Police added that when they arrived on scene, Chastain attempted to flee in an effort to prevent being captured.
Chastain is charged with obstruction, criminal trespass and probation violation,
