Timothy Linell Long, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a Glock .22 while acting in a disorderly manner on Perkins Street.
Police stated that Long is a convicted felon and thus not allowed to lawfully possess a handgun.
Long is charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
