James John Duncan Jr, 46, and Tera Leann Owens, 44, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they illegally entered a home on Jim Lee Drive without permission with the intent to steal a 2022 Down Dump Truck Trailer.
The trailer is valued at $10,000.
The incident occurred back on March 6 of this year. Both are charged with criminal trespass, criminal attempt to commit a felony and probation violation
