A 20-year-old North Carolina man, Willaim Anthony Starnes, was jailed in Polk County this week after reports said he rapped a woman while she slept in Polk County.
Starnes was taken into custody in North Carolina before being extradited back to Polk this weekend.
No other information was available as of print time.
He is charged with rape.
