Michael DeWayne Lane Jr, 32 of Marietta, was arrested this week after reports said he hit his sister over the head with a gun before pointing it at his mother and four others.
Reports added that Lane proceeded to threaten to shoot his mother, two bothers and two sisters.
The incident occurred at a home on East 15th Street.
Lane is charged with six counts aggravated assault, six counts possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, six counts reckless conduct, and battery.
