Jaydon Michael Berry, 24 of Turner Station KY, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was found with drugs after being pulled over for DUI on Broad Street.
Police said that during the traffic stop they located over an ounce of marijuana that was packaged for resale after discovering that he was driving while intoxicated and on drugs. Several opened alcoholic beverages were also found inside his car.
Officers stated the stop was initiated after they observed him weaving while going down the road. Berry is charged with driving under the influence of substances, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, failure to yield the right of way, open container and failure to maintain lane
