Nathaniel Allen Clackum, 32 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted his girlfriend during a dispute on Fosters Mill Road.
Police said that during an argument Clackum beat the window of the victim’s bedroom causing it to break. Clackum then proceeded to flee the scene.
Authorities added that Clackum is also accused of stealing $123.88 worth of merchandise from the East Rome Walmart back on March 3rd.
Clackum is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting.
