Yordy Romero-Murillo, 19, and Shianna Marie Escobedo, 17, both of Silver Creek, were arrested following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ga 140 and Rush Chapel Road.
Officers said that they stopped the vehicle after clocking them driving at 68 mph in a 45 zone.
They went on to say that the driver, Romero-Murillo, proceeded to swap seats with Escobedo in an effort prevent officers from finding out he was an unlicensed driver.
Escobedo is charged with obstruction.
