Abigail Lynette Allen, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she attempted to destroy evidence while serving an arrest warrant at a hotel on Martha Berry Blvd she attempted to flush pills down a toilet.

Police said that the pills were recovered and were marked with “G3026”.

Allen was originally being taken into custody for repeatedly stalking others.

On January 19th, Allen is accused of being seen with a person she was ordered not to have contact with by the courts.  The duo was spotted at the A1 Food Mart off Burnett Ferry Road.

Then on January 24th, she is accused of calling the victim from the jail and asking her to get her a bondsman.

Allen is charged with two counts aggravated stalking, possession of dangerous drugs, tapering with evidence and drugs not in original container.
