Elander Reuna Graham Jr, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of marijuana while being stopped for DUI.
Reports said that officers pulled Graham over near the intersection of Old Summerville Road and Floyd Park when they saw Graham had fallen asleep behind the wheel.
Graham is charged with DUI, prohibited parking and possession of marijuana.
