Rome siblings, Keshaun Bernard Lamer Turner, 21, and Destiny Timesha Wilson, 22, were arrested at their home on Hardy Way after a dispute between the two.
Reports said that the siblings became loud while using curse words in a public place while disturbing others around them.
Both are charged with disorderly conduct.
