Jonathan William York, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized Antiques on the Square in Cave Spring.
He is then accused, on the same day, breaking into a 2019 Chevrolet Cruz on Lee Street in Cave Spring and removing several items. York is charged with first degree burglary and entering an automobile with intent to commit a felony
