Gabriel Kendell Ragland, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he raped another person.
His arrest came following a true bill from the Grand Jury on January 26th.
Ragland is charged with rape.
Ragland was arrested in Jan of 2022 for forcing a woman’s seven underage children watch the couple have sex between April 1, 2018 and January 27, 2019 while at the Economy Inn on Martha Berry Boulevard. The children also told authorities that Ragland forced them to watch porn.
Ragland was charged with seven counts of child molestation.
