Jorge Luis Domingo-Utuc, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he “intentionally made physical contact with a female” at Rome High School.
Police said that Domingo-Utuc walked up to the female and rubbed her buttocks without her consent.
Domingo-Utuc is charged with sexual battery.
