Lori Elizabeth Dowda, 27 of Elijay, was arrested in Floyd County after she was found driving a stolen car.
Police said that they captured Dowda at the Chattooga-Floyd County line.
While taking her into custody, officers said that Dowda was found to have been driving on a suspended license.
Dowda is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle and driving on a suspended license.
