Abraham Flores Galvan, 49 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he was found in possession of a video that contained a nude prepubescent female child that had an adult’s genitalia near hers.
Investigators stated that the video was approximately 30 minutes long.
Galvan is charged with possession of material of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
