Caitlin Rae Whittle, 33 of Rome, Carl Edgar McCleese III, 27, and Destiney Realynn McCleese, 25, were arrested this week after reports said they were found prowling around a vacant home on Mason Lane.
Reports said that the suspects fled the scene when approached by a neighbor.
They are then accused of getting in a vehicle before Whittle attempted to run over the witness.
The McCleese’s are charged with party to a crime and loitering.
Whittle is charged with aggravated assault and prowling.
