Tatiana Kashauna Gleaves, 28 of Rome, was arrested at a home on Tamassee Lane when she made “insulting and provoking” contact with a 30 year-old man.
Reports did not indicate what exactly Gleaves did to the victim.
Gleaves is charged with simple battery.
