Carmine Narda Berardi, 46 of Rome, was arrested in the Big Lots parking lot after police said he entered another person’s vehicle and took a Chromebook, Nintendo Switch, Reebox backpack and a video game.
Berardi is charged with entering an automobile with the intent to commit a crime and probation violation.
