Jimmy Lee Selman Jr, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of suspected Fentanyl after being pulled over for driving under the influence.
The incident occurred on Wax Road.
Selman is charged with DUI, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, and probation violation.
