Andrew Garrett Burke, 27 of Peachtree City, was arrested in Rome after reports said he had sexual conversations online with someone he believed to be under the age of 16 years-old.
Burke is then accused of sending a photo of an erect penis and three videos of himself masturbating to the child.
He is also accused of sending a text saying that he was going to “go shoot up a school or killa few people”.
Burke is charged with electronically furnishing obscene materials to minors, obscene internet contact with a child and terroristic threats/acts,
