Amarian Jerrell Howard, 18 of Warner Robbins, was jailed in Rome after reports said he walked out of Walmart with a cart full of items without paying for them.
Police said that Howard stole $211.73 worth of items at the West Rome location.
Howard is charged with theft by shoplifting and giving false information to police.
