Daarren Donow, 47 of Alpharetta, was arrested this week in Rome after reports said he kidnapped and rapped a woman at the Country Inn and Suites on Hobson Way.
Police said that Donow imprisoned the woman in a hotel room for two days forcing her to have vaginal sex along with forcing the woman to give him oral sex.
The victim added that Donow used a box cutter to slide her arm.
Donow is charged with three counts strongarm rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping, aggravated assault, battery, possession of firearm during the commission of a crime, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, criminal trespass, giving false information to police and obstruction.
