Vameshela Samaria Minor, 30 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said she lied about being the driver that caused a wreck at the intersection of Hicks Drive and Turner McCall Blvd.
Police said that Minor told the that she was the driver of the car in an attempt to hide the fact that it was actually her boyfriend that caused that accident.
Minor is charged with obstruction of law enforcement .
