Rachelle Lee Young, 49 of Watkinsville, was jailed in Rome after she allegedly delivered three one-pound bags of pipe tobacco and four cans of smokeless tobacco to a predetermined location for her son, Floyd County Prison inmate Jeremy Ponder, to pick up.
Ponder was working on an outside work detail at the time of the arrangement.
The drugs were dropped at a location on Cedartown Highway.
Young is charged with items prohibited by an inmate.
