Alissa Michelle Blackmon, 22 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he hit another woman over the head with a glass bottle.
Police said that the incident occurred back on December 2nd at Applebees in Rome.
Reports added the glass shattered and caused a large laceration to the victim’s forehead.
Blackmon is charged with aggravated assault.
