Eric Dwayne Grier, 42 of Rome, was arrested for the second time in a week for refusing to leave McDonald’s on Turner McCall Blvd.
Police said that Grier again refused to leave the restaurant after becoming a nuisance to other customers.
Grier is charged with criminal trespass and city disorderly conduct.
