Henry Lattimer III, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he followed and stalked a woman around Rome after he was placed with a court order to stay away from her.
Reports said that on December 2nd Lattimer placed the victim under surveillance and followed her around the city.
Then on December 6th he went to the victim’s home and knocked on her door in an effort to speak to her.
Lattimer is charged with two counts of aggravated stalking.
