Johnny Paul Green, 54 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized Riverside Toyota after having been previously banned from the business.
Reports said that Green entered the business and stole a woman’s purse, car keys and wallet.
Police stated that Green had been banned from the business back in July of this year.
Green is charged with second degree burglary, criminal trespass.
