Dustin Steven Lace, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he destroyed his mother’s property while he was intoxicated.
Police said that Lace shattered the back door to his mother’s home after being told to leave.
When officers arrived on the scene, Lace was found in a drunken state while admitting that he had several shots prior to the incident.
Lace is charged with public drunk, 2nd degree criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
