Ray Jones, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of multiple bags of crack cocaine that were packaged for resale.
Police said that they found him with the drugs while executing a search warrant at a home on Heard Street.
Jones is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
