Demarcus Cantrell Vaughn, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week at a home on Heard Street after police said they found him in possession of 3 grams of cocaine along with packaging materials and a digital scale.
Vaughn is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
