Brandon Khounsy Sengvixay, 20 of Kennesaw, was arrested at Mt Berry Mall when he was observed letting a 13 year-old girl give him oral sex.
While being taken into custody, Sengvixay was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Police added that Sengvixay is also accused of having sexual intercourse with the child on at least one occasion a week before Thanksgiving.
Reports added that the victim lied about her age to Sengvixay.
Sengvixay is charged with statutory rape, sodomy and possession of marijuana.
